I didn't know organized mayhem exists lol. Thanks for the request! 
LOL we're highly unorganized, All members are equal, we just offer up ideas for creating Mayhem, and if someone wants to join a "Mission" They do. and if they don't they don't.
I know Doc, Fangirl, and myself have made villainous characters. No Heroes. I honestly think anybody who plays Hero, will do what all the Crime fighting Heroes in real life do, Stay home.
The request was Natural Nothing is more chaotic than a Pirate captain, even when they are "good" They cause allot of Collateral and panic. That and we can act like your character is off in the seven seas or dominating any ocean. and any mission you do choose to join could start with Your character and crew looting the city. People will dread when your ship reaches our waters.

LOLOL hehe.. sure, I suppose I could start with that story. 
But how do I do that in the group? Just post the art to the gallery? You as the founder write a journal about my ship approaching? I can't promise if I would follow up the story though..

Honestly you can do whatever you want, when ever you want this is Mayhem.
and if you want to try for a Group attack post a Journal of your Character Inviting interested parties would help you with a Big project. if we want to join we will. then we split the work based on who does what.
You don't have to follow the story just can sail in when you have time and be like I don't follow Landlover news.
